At NCAI's 2023 Mid Year Convention & Marketplace, attendees will have the opportunity to work collaboratively to protect and enhance tribal sovereignty. This will be an in-person convention, which will take place in Prior Lake, Minnesota. Tribal leaders, NCAI members, Native youth, and partners from across Indian Country will gather to embark upon a new era of Nation-to-Nation engagement, which will include: proactive strategy development, advocacy, and much more.

Free and Open to the Public: Twice per year, the National Congress of American Indians offers vendors and exhibitors a premiere opportunity to interact with tribal leaders, national Native organizations, and other key figures working in Indian Country. Our marketplace provides the opportunity for a variety of booths ranging from health screenings to artists to federal job recruiters and more! While convention attendees are the main audience, the marketplace is free and open to the public – giving exhibitors the opportunity to reach the greater local community.
On June 4, join NCAI at the Meadows at Mystic Lake for the 2023 Mid Year Golf Tournament Fundraiser! Hosted by the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community at their beautiful Mystic Lake Casino Hotel and Center complex, the golf tournament features a 4-Person Team Scramble format with five placement trophies and prizes for closest to the pin and longest drive to be awarded. Registration includes food and beverages, along with a deluxe swag backpack and other prizes! Hole sponsorship packages are available. • HOW DOES THE NCAI EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION PROCESS WORK?
Application: Complete the online application process and agree to all the terms and conditions.
Payment: Once NCAI reviews and approves your application, we will provide information on how to provide booth payment.
Confirmation: Upon confirmation and processing of your full booth payment, NCAIi will then send a confirmation of your booth space. Please allow seven (7) days for processing of your payment.
• WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH A BOOTH SPACE?
All booths are 10’ x 10’ and come with pipe and drape back and sides; one table, two chairs, one waste basket, and one id sign with your company/organization name.
• HOW ARE BOOTH LOCATION ASSIGNMENTS DETERMINED?
NCAI’s policy is to place exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis for those who have submitted a registration form and completed their booth payment. Booth assignments are final.
• WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR EXHIBITOR KITS?
For all confirmed exhibitors who have submitted an application and full payment, the marketplace decorator will email the exhibitor package containing the full details on the exhibit space approximately 3-5 weeks prior to the event.
• IS THE MARKETPLACE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?
Our marketplace is open to the public for the entire event. Feel free to invite your family, friends, colleagues, and networks to attend.
PLEASE NOTE: THE MYSTIC LAKE CASINO AND HOTEL IS CASHLESS. ALL SALES, INCLUDING SALES IN THE MARKETPLACE, MUST BE WITH CREDIT CARD OR OTHER FORM OF DIGITAL PAYMENT.
• CAN EXHIBITORS ATTEND OTHER PARTS OF THE CONVENTION?
Exhibitor registration does not include convention registration. Exhibitors must separately register as convention attendees to attend all breakout sessions and general assembly sessions. There are convention events that are open to everyone, including federal consultations, federal listening sessions, the welcome reception, and the cultural night. For more details, please see the current draft convention agenda on our website.
• IS THERE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR THE EVENT?
If you would like to receive the discount code to book your room, you must first be registered for the Mid-Year Conference as a conference participant. Once you register and pay for your booth space, you will receive the link to book your hotel room in your confirmation email. If you have questions regarding your booking link, please contact events@ncai.org.
