The NCAI Policy Research Center’s Tribal Leader/Scholar Forum provides an opportunity for researchers, practitioners, community members, and others to present their findings to tribal leaders, policymakers, and tribal members during NCAI's Mid Year Conference.

The 14th Annual Tribal Leader/Scholar Forum will be held on June 26, 2019 during the NCAI Mid Year Conference and Marketplace in Reno NV scheduled for June 24-27, 2019.
A Pre-Conference Data Institute will also be held on June 24, 2019.
The Call for Presentation Proposals is now closed.
The Marketplace is a wonderful opportunity to shop with top Indian Arts & Crafts vendors, talk with representatives from Federal programs, and Tribal Enterprises, and receive career, education, and health information from the wide variety of vendors.

OUR UPDATED EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION PROCESS
1. APPLICATION: Complete the online registration application and agree to all terms and conditions. 2. PAYMENT: Once NCAI reviews and approves your application, we will provide information on how to submit your booth payment. 3. CONFIRMATION: Upon receipt and processing of your full booth payment, NCAI will then send a confirmation of your booth space. Please allow 7 days for payment processing. 4. *TAX RETURN SUBMISSION AND PAYMENT (For all exhibitors selling goods or giving away free promotional items): The State of Nevada requires the submission of a one-time tax return upon completion of the event. See below for more details.
*NEVADA ONE-TIME SALES TAX RETURN
For all exhibitors either selling goods or giving away promotional merchandise at their booths, the State of Nevada requires the submission of a one-time sales tax return and, where applicable, remittance of sales tax payment upon completion of our event. BOOTH SPACE DETAILS
All booths are 8' x 10' and come with pipe and draped back and sides; one 6' draped table; two chairs; one wastebasket; and one ID sign with your company/organization name.
BOOTH LOCATION ASSIGNMENTS
NCAI’s policy is to place exhibitors on a first come, first served basis for those who have both submitted a registration form and completed their booth payment. Booth assignments are final. Please see the Covenant in our exhibitor registration form for more information.
EXHIBITOR KITS
For all confirmed exhibitors who have submitted an application and full payment, the marketplace decorator will email the exhibitor package containing full details on the exhibit space, shipping, etc. 3-6 weeks prior to the start of the event.
THE MARKETPLACE IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!
Our marketplace is open to the public for the entire event: all day Tuesday, June 25th and Wednesday, June 26th, as well as 8am-1:30pm on Thursday, June 27th for the Half-Day Indian Arts & Crafts Market. Feel free to invite friends, family, colleagues, and your networks to attend!
CAN EXHIBITORS ATTEND OTHER PARTS OF THE CONFERENCE?
Exhibitor registration does not include conference registration. Exhibitors must separately register as conference attendees to attend all breakout sessions and General Assemblies. There are conference events that are open to everyone, including Federal Consultations, Federal Listening Sessions, the Welcome Reception, and Cultural Night.
