Frequently asked questions: Question: Are exhibitors allowed to attend the Convention? Answer: Convention registration is required to attend all meetings and general assembly which is separate from the Marketplace. There are events that are open to everyone which include Federal Consultations, Federal Listening Sessions, evening receptions (that are listed in the agenda), Health Walk, Prayer Ceremony, Welcome Reception, Cultural Evening, and banquets (for an additional purchase price).
Question: Are exhibitors able to vote in the NCAI elections? Answer: Registering for the convention is not the same as participating in the trade show as a vendor. The NCAI Constitution and the vendor contracts are clear that separate registration is required for the convention if you wish to vote in elections. In order to vote in the election, both tribal delegates and Indian individual members must be members in good standing and registered at the convention. For more information please refer to the 2017 Elections Procedural Memo.
If you would like to become a vendor at our Marketplace, or for more information contact Amy Gay.
