Abstract: On February 13, 2012 the President released a $3.80 trillion budget request to Congress, which is slightly more than the $3.79 trillion estimated for FY 2012. NCAI released a preliminary analysis of the President’s FY 2013 proposed budget as it impacts funding for Indian programs.
