Abstract: Today, March 23, 2011, marks the one-year anniversary of Health Care Reform for the United States and Indian Country. Passage of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the permanent reauthorization of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act (IHCIA) provides Indian Country new opportunities to ensure the health, wellness, and strength of our tribal citizens and communities.
