The first week of October marked the beginning of a 1,785-mile relay from Oklahoma to California geared to unite Tribal Nations, partners, and allies in heightening awareness and support of tribal sovereignty on a national level. The run will conclude in Sacramento at the 79th Annual Convention and Marketplace on October 31st.

This October, join NCAI in Sacramento, CA, for the 2022 Annual Convention & Marketplace, where attendees will have the opportunity to work collaboratively to protect and advance tribal sovereignty. Tribal leaders, NCAI members, Native youth, and partners from across Indian Country will gather in-person to discuss critical issues, develop strategy, and to embark upon a new era of Nation-to-Nation engagement. Additionally, attendees and the general public will be able to browse the Marketplace, which features a variety of booths ranging from artists to federal job recruiters and much more!
Be a part of NCAI’s 2022 Annual Convention for an opportunity to reach a diverse and expansive audience from around Indian Country! The annual convening of the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI) will bring together members of the Congress, tribal leaders, tribal government officials, and prominent organizations operating in Indian Country. At the Annual Convention, attendees conduct the business of the Congress, including debating and adopting consensus positions on matters that affect the welfare and rights of American Indian and Alaska Native governments and communities. Policy resolutions adopted at the Annual Convention have the potential to shape the global political landscape in and beyond indigenous communities.
Historically, NCAI Annual Conventions have drawn an average of 1,300 attendees. Based on the unprecedented popularity of the 2022 Midyear Conference in Anchorage, NCAI anticipates more than 1,500 attendees in Sacramento. Your sponsorship will contribute to the success of both the convention and the change-making it brings.
