About Lifeline
The Lifeline Program is one of the four federal benefit programs administered by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC). Lifeline helps households obtain affordable connectivity services by providing a discount to low-income consumers.
Lifeline subscribers may receive up to $9.25 off their monthly phone or internet bill and Lifeline subscribers that live on federally recognized tribal lands may receive up to $34.25 off their monthly bill.
