About the Event:

NCAI will host a webinar on behalf of the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) to provide an overview of the Universal Service Fund (USF) E-rate Program.

On Monday, August 1st, 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. EST, NCAI will host a webinar on behalf of the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) to provide an overview of the Universal Service Fund (USF) E-rate Program.

USAC is an independent, not-for-profit corporation designated by the Federal Communications Commission as the administrator of the USF. USAC works to protect the integrity of the USF through informing and education program audiences, collecting and distributing contributions, and promoting program compliance.

Commonly referred to as the "Schools and Libraries" Program, the USF E-rate Program provides discounts to high-speed Internet access and telecommunications for eligible schools and libraries. USAC staff will provide a basic overview of the program and how eligible tribal schools and libraries can apply for the USF funding through the E-rate program.
