About the Event:

The Health Resources and Services Administration [HRSA], an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, is the primary Federal agency for improving access to health care by strengthening the health care workforce, building healthy communities and achieving health equity. HRSA's programs provide health care to people who are geographically isolated, economically or medically vulnerable.

This consultation will be conducted in partnership with the Administration for Children and Families on June 15, 2016 from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM at the Residence Inn Marriott. Their telephone number is 202-484-8280.


HRSA senior leadership will convene the morning consultation session beginning at 8:30 AM on the following priority areas:

-    Improving Access to Quality Health Care and Services
-    Strengthening the Health Workforce
-    Building Health Communities

We look forward to receiving your testimony on your health care issues that impact Indian Country. Testimony or questions for HRSA may be submitted no later than June 8, 2016, to: aianhealth@hrsa.gov. If you are unable to submit your testimony before the consultation session, please be prepared to provide us with five [5] copies of your testimony at the start of session.
