The Private Luncheon with Congressman Tom Cole will be held on Capitol Hill for sponsors of the 2015 NOFAS Gala. At the luncheon, the National Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (NOFAS) will present the Excellence Award to Congressman Tom Cole at this Pre-Gala VIP Luncheon.
