The CFPB will be holding a Tribal Consultation on the Bureau’s proposals under consideration for the rulemaking on payday, vehicle title, and similar loans. The CFPB is committed to ensuring that thier work addresses the needs of consumers in Indian Country and respects the unique relationship between the federal government and tribal nations.
Tribal leaders and their designated representatives are invited to share their views with the CFPB at the Consultation scheduled at the following location:
