About the Event:
The Center for Native American Youth and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention will be cosponsoring two free, three-hour suicide prevention trainings on Wednesday, July 16 in Washington, DC. The training is designed to prepare participants to identify persons with thoughts of suicide and connect them to suicide first aid resources. Student interns, tribal organization and federal agency staff, congressional staff, and other non-profit partners in Washington, DC are invited to participate.
