- Nutrition for diabetes prevention and management
- Target populations in diabetes prevention (children, adolescents, adults and elders)
- Diabetes and pregnancy
- Diabetes program successes
- Tribal community and school-based interventions
- Multi-disciplinary team approach for diabetes prevention and treatment
- Wellness and physical activity programs for diabetes prevention
- Social marketing
- Scientific and/or clinical research related to diabetes prevention
- Role of stress and trauma in diabetes prevention and treatment
- Role of alcohol and substance abuse in diabetes prevention and treatment
- Documentaries related to diabetes prevention and/or the diabetes epidemic in Indian Country
- Motivational interviewing for behavior change
- Mental health issues, resources and support for families and individuals living with diabetes
Be sure to register before January 4 to secure regular registration rates. A group discount is available for groups with 10 or more participants.
