 ng this year’s 4th Annual ETC Informational Session. The session will entai
 l what is required under the ETC Program and Memorandum of Agreement with t
 he Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection (DHS/CBP).
  We intend to educate interested tribes in the importance of an Enhanced Tr
 ibal Card and the benefits to the tribe and its members. In attendance will
  be DHS/CBP representatives available to discuss some of the issues tribes 
 experience when dealing with travel and fraud. On hand will also be an expe
 rienced graphic design artist who will explain the different levels of embe
 dded security card features when designing an ETC.\n\nThis year’s Informati
 onal Session will require a registration fee of $150 per attendee due by Ja
 nuary 10\, 2020. Late registrations received after the due date or at the d
