 ber 11-13 during the International Balloon Fiesta for the 2017 Southwest Co
 nference on Disability. The main conference theme\, The Intersection of Dis
 ability and Other Underserved Populations\, focuses attention on people wit
 h disabilities who are also members of other underserved populations\, incl
 uding racial\, ethnic and cultural minorities\; those with a newly-acquired
  disability\; limited English proficiency\; members of the LGBQT community\
 ; people living in rural areas and others. In addition\, the conference is 
 soliciting proposals on<em><u> </u></em></p>\n<p>\n	<em><u>two special emph
 asis themes</u></em>: <strong>Disability in Native America</strong>: <stron
 g>Causes\, Impacts\, Solutions Addressing the Intersections of Adversity an
 d Disability Prenatally and in Early Childhood: Research\, Prevention\, Int
 ervention and Capacity-Building </strong></p>\n<p>\n	<u>The deadline for pr
