 this training is to provide participants with an orientation of the financi
 al management systems necessary to achieve and maintain administrative capa
 bility in operating the Indian Housing Block Grant program. Participants wi
 ll be provided with an overview of the financial and administrative require
 ments that pertain to the use of the funds distributed to tribes and Tribal
 ly Designated Housing Entities (TDHE) under the Native American Housing Ass

 ts\, and why they are important.</li>\n    <li>Review of normal adjusting e

 nderstand methods used to perform grant-based accounting and cost accountin
 g.</li>\n    <li>Learn and practice the methods used to track program and n
