\n Through the \;Indigenous Comm unities program\, EDA is allocating $100 million in American Rescue Pla n funding specifically for Indigenous communities\, which were disproportio nately impacted by the pandemic.
\n\n This program is designed to support the needs of Tribal Governments and Indigenous communities. EDA will support these impo rtant partners to develop and execute economic development projects that th ey need to recover from the pandemic and build economies for the future.
\n\n A wide r ange of technical\, planning\, workforce development\, entrepreneurship\, a nd public works and infrastructure projects are eligible for funding under this program.
\n\n Indigenous communities are also eligible and encouraged to apply un der all of EDA&rsquo\;s other programs.
